We are seeking a Remarketing Coordinator to join our LendCare team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing relationships with our vendors while ensuring that the company's best interests are always at the forefront. Your quick and decisive actions on inventory matters will contribute to the effective and efficient turnover of company assets. Working in concert with fellow team members, yet capable of making autonomous decisions, you will thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Day in the life of a Remarketing Coordinator:

• Conduct daily reviews of active inventory to ensure optimal turnover and profitability.
• Review and approve condition reports for vehicles to ensure readiness for liquidation.
• Data entry and basic report management on Excel.
• Validate and confirm required documentation is on file.
• Collaborate with the senior members of the team to liaise with vendors and partners.
• Adhere to established procedures, contributing to the refinement of our workflow for peak efficiency.
• Take on additional administrative duties, supporting the broader objectives of the department.

What we are looking for:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for managing data with precision.
• Experince in the automotive industry is a highly desired asset.
• Organized and attentive, with the ability to spot fine details and maintain order.
• Capable of managing and prioritizing competing tasks to meet critical deadlines.
• Professional experience within the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicle Condition Reports are ideal.
• Solid grasp of the remarketing process from start to finish is a plus.
• Full-time availability with the ability to work in-person in our head office in Pickering, ON

Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:

• Must have been in your current role for 9 months.
• Have the endorsement / support of your current manager.
• Must not be currently under corrective action or within 6 months of any previous corrective action.
• Must be achieving or exceeding the required level of individual performance in your current role.

We are offering $42,000.00 – $45,000.00 CAD for this role.
