Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with video, creator activation as well as measurement, attribution and new business line development.
- Experience in leading with consumer insights and storytelling to influence clients.
- Experience managing a book of business, sales pipeline, or collaborating with customer stakeholders.
- Experience within the media industry.
- Knowledge of digital tactics, for search and performance tactics. Ability to convey how growth hacking can deliver growth.
- Excellent customer service, communication, presentation, investigative, and creative problem-solving skills.

This requires you to be a focused, proactive with the ability to multi-task in a changing environment, and be sales-focused to help expand client relationships. You will take a front seat to the rapidly evolving industry of CPG and gain access to some of the best marketers in the world to influence their strategy. Additionally, you will be an advisor and consultant, as well as a client advocate within Google.
Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 198,000-203,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a team to drive full funnel growth for our partners with a focus on brand.
- Develop close and productive high-level relationships, including C-level, to serve as a trusted consultant and optimize marketing strategy.
- Generate plans to define strategies and tactics that align to deliver customer business outcomes, while navigating agency and customer relationships.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, annual planning, and other negotiations.
- Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecasts of sales performance, opportunities, and pipelines.
