As a Delivery Consultant for Expert Labs Automation Platform, you will play a key role in installing and upgrading solutions across the portfolio. You will also educate customers and support the move to production, ensuring seamless delivery of our App Dev & Integration services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Install and Upgrade Solutions: Deliver high-quality solutions by installing and upgrading them across the portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
• Educate Customers: Provide expert guidance and education to customers, enabling them to effectively utilize our solutions and achieve their goals.
• Support Move to Production: Collaborate with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational concerns that may arise.
• Solution Delivery: Lead the delivery of our App Dev & Integration services, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and are delivered on time.
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the solution lifecycle.
• Solution Installation Expertise: Experience with installing and upgrading solutions across a portfolio, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
• Technical Education Delivery: Experience in providing expert guidance and education to customers, enabling them to effectively utilize solutions and achieve their goals.
• Production Transition Management: Experience in collaborating with customers to ensure a smooth transition to production, addressing any technical or operational concerns that may arise.
• Service Delivery Leadership: Experience in leading the delivery of App Dev & Integration services, ensuring that solutions meet customer needs and are delivered on time.
• Solution Lifecycle Support: Experience in providing ongoing support to customers, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during the solution lifecycle.
• Portfolio Management Expertise: Experience with managing portfolios, including installing and upgrading solutions across multiple products or services, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
