Your role and responsibilities

  • Participate on a consulting project or initiative and experience first-hand how we help transform their business.

This position resides in Montreal commencing in September 2026. It is mandatory that all applicants are graduated from studies at a post-secondary institution at the time of their start date. Please note that MBA and PHD candidates are not eligible for this program.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Arts, or a related field
  • Can understand clients’ needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions
  • Can work on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands
  • Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by actively listening and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve win-win solutions
  • Experience using AI tools and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in both English and French is required
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
  • Can translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to adapt, with willingness to readily take ownership of tasks and problems
  • Have initiative to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills

This role will involve working with technology that is covered by Export Regulations sanctions. The salary range for the position is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate salary within this range may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience for this position.
