Your role and responsibilities

As an Associate Project Manager, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects focused on AI & Data solutions and Enterprise Packaged Solutions. Working alongside experienced project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders, you will help track project activities, manage communications, support financial and administrative processes, and contribute to successful project execution. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates who bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Support Project Planning and Coordination: Assist with project planning, scheduling, status tracking, and coordination of day-to-day project activities across AI & Data and Enterprise Packaged Solution engagements.
  • Manage Project Communications: Help prepare project communications, meeting materials, status reports, action logs, and stakeholder updates to ensure clear and timely information sharing.
  • Support Financial Management Activities: Assist with project financial tracking, budget monitoring, forecasting support, time and expense coordination, and other project administration activities.
  • Track Risks, Issues, and Actions: Help maintain project logs for risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and action items, and support follow-up to drive resolution.
  • Facilitate Team Organization: Support meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation, and coordination across cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Delivery Excellence: Help ensure project processes, documentation, and governance activities are completed accurately and on time.
  • Use AI Tools for Productivity: Apply AI-assisted tools to improve productivity in areas such as note summarization, documentation drafting, task tracking, knowledge retrieval, and workflow support, while following responsible use practices.
  • Learn Project Delivery Methods: Build knowledge of project delivery approaches, tools, and best practices used across consulting, AI & Data, and enterprise technology projects.
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Graduated within the last 24 months (MBA not accepted)
  • Agentic and Generative AI: Experience using Generative AI and agentic AI tools to support project management, documentation, workflow automation, meeting summaries, knowledge retrieval, and personal productivity. Ability to apply these tools responsibly with appropriate attention to accuracy, validation of outputs, data privacy, security, and human oversight.
  • Financial Management Fundamentals: Understanding of project financial concepts such as budgeting, tracking actuals, forecasting support, time reporting, resource coordination, and cost awareness.
  • Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, follow through on action items, and support structured project execution.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear updates, document discussions, and communicate professionally with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Demonstrates confidence in presenting information, asking questions, and engaging stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination Fundamentals: Understanding of basic project management concepts such as scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risk tracking, issue management, stakeholder management, and status reporting.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments and support collaboration between business, technical, and client stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical ability, sound judgment, and resourcefulness when working through project challenges and changing priorities.
  • Learning Agility: Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn project delivery methods, enterprise technologies, AI & Data concepts, and consulting practices.
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Business aptitude and interest in understanding how technology projects support operational and strategic business goals.
  • Exposure to project planning, scheduling, or coordination activities through internships, academic projects, campus leadership, or early work experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Exposure to AI & Data projects, enterprise software implementations, or packaged solution delivery through coursework, internships, or projects.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or ABAP (for SAP BTP extensions), along with development and delivery tool awareness, including basic knowledge of or hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, DevOps tools, or Adobe
  • Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development and/or backend service development on SAP BTP
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Predictive, or Hybrid project delivery approaches
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, or executive-ready materials.
  • Demonstrated leadership through student organizations, team projects, volunteer activities, or part-time work.
