As a Business Transformation Consultant, you will work proactively with clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces. You will identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Develop Strategic Recommendations: Identify best practices and client performance gaps, and use tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming to develop comprehensive transformation recommendations.
• Refine Business Strategy: Collaborate with clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces.
• Identify Strategic Capabilities: Determine the capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage, which may come in the form of process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge.
• Analyze Performance Gaps: Identify client performance gaps and develop solutions to address them.
• Apply Transformation Tools: Utilize tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming.
• Exposure to Business Strategy Development: Familiarity with refining current business strategies or developing new ones in response to competitive and market forces.
• Understanding of Strategic Capabilities: Knowledge of identifying capabilities needed to create and sustain sources of competitive advantage, including process, information technology, organization enablement, or knowledge.
• Experience with Performance Analysis: Exposure to analyzing client performance gaps and developing solutions to address them.
• Familiarity with Transformation Tools: Understanding of utilizing tools to identify, align, and change factors affecting performance, stability, and teaming.
• Exposure to Competitive Market Analysis: Familiarity with analyzing market forces and their impact on business strategy development.
• Competitive Market Analysis: Familiarity with analyzing market forces and their impact on business strategy development, including understanding of market trends and competitor activity.
• Business Process Improvement: Exposure to identifying areas for process improvement and developing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
