You will build and test AI agents using Microsoft Foundry Agent Service, the Microsoft Agent Framework and Semantic Kernel; implement retrieval-augmented generation pipelines over enterprise content with Azure AI Search; expose and consume tools through Model Context Protocol servers; and contribute to multi-agent orchestration patterns including planner/worker, supervisor, and human-in-the-loop approval flows. You also could become a contributor within Open-Source communities across multiple disciplines.

In your role, you will be supported by mentors and coaches who will encourage you to challenge the norm, investigate ideas outside of your role, and come up with creative solutions resulting in ground-breaking impact for the wider business, our external clients, and their customers.
