The successful candidate will join a fast-paced consulting team. In this role, you will help plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of AI-driven solutions to solve enterprise-scale challenges. You’ll act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment, clarity, and measurable outcomes.
As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to project planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and presentation of insights. You’ll gain exposure to industry-leading technologies and AI initiatives on cloud platforms, while helping translate complex technical work into clear business value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project planning, timelines, and deliverables across multiple engagements
- Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Preparing presentations, reports, and client-ready materials to communicate insights and progress
- Assisting in identifying opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve business processes
- Tracking project performance and helping ensure successful delivery against objectives

This opportunity is based in Montreal and supports Associate Consultant hiring cohorts commencing in May 2027 and September 2027. We are recruiting for both start dates and encourage eligible candidates to apply.
Successful applicants must have graduated from a recognized post-secondary institution prior to their employment start date. Please note that MBA and PhD graduates are not eligible for this program.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Arts, or a related field
- Can understand clients’ needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve win-win solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present ideas, insights, and recommendations to peers and stakeholders
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Fluency in both English and French is required
- A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view

- Previous internship or project experience in business analysis, consulting, project coordination, or a related role
- Demonstrated interest in data, analytics, AI, or automation through academic coursework, internships, or personal projects
- Experience creating presentations and reports using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, or similar
- Exposure to project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- General understanding of how AI and automation can be applied to improve business processes
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI concepts (e.g., large language models, prompt design, automation use cases)
