Currently, we are looking for an Oracle Cloud AMS Payroll Lead to join our team. This is a full-time and permanent position only, with travel expected to client site when required.
As an Oracle Cloud Techno-Functional Payroll Consultant you will specialize in the implementation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support of business processes within Oracle HCM Payroll, Self Services module & Security. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their business objectives.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Design and Configure Solutions: Write functional and technical design documents, configure the system, and test processes to ensure they meet client business objectives.
• Deliver Comprehensive Support: Provide support throughout the project lifecycle to achieve client-expected business results, including process understanding, product configuration, and demonstration.
• Develop Reports: Write preliminary level reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure Quality Delivery: Conduct regression testing and integrate solutions into clients' business environments to ensure seamless adoption.
• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation, configuration, and production support.
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Configuration: Experience with implementing, configuring, and testing Oracle HCM Payroll, Self Services module & Security to meet business requirements.
• Functional Design Development: Experience in writing functional and technical design documents to guide system configuration and testing processes.
• Business Process Integration: Experience with integrating Oracle HCM Cloud solutions into clients' business environments to achieve seamless adoption.
• Reporting and Analysis: Experience with writing preliminary level reports using OTBI to support business analysis and decision-making.
• Regression Testing and Troubleshooting: Experience with conducting regression testing and identifying and resolving issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation and production support.
• Oracle HCM Cloud Suite: Experience with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules, such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Time and Labor, is beneficial for a comprehensive understanding of the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
• Business Process Improvement: Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies and tools is advantageous in identifying areas for process optimization and implementing leading practices.
• Cloud-Based Solutions: Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their implementation is valuable in designing and configuring Oracle HCM Payroll solutions that meet client business requirements.
