Your role and responsibilities

Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences.Required Professional and Technical Expertise• Cloud Platform Engineering Exposure: Experience working with cloud platform engineering services.• Technical Consulting Expertise: Exposure to technical consulting roles.•Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure, including their AI/ML services.•Generative AI Experience with LLM and Generative AI and Google Cloud Products and services (e.g Vertex AI, Dialogflow, Gemini)•ML Development: Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.•AIML Frameworks: Experience with frameworks for deep learning (e.g. PyTorch, Tensorflow, Jax, Ray, etc.), AI accelerators (e.g. TPUs, GPUs), model architectures (e.g. encoders, decoders, transformers), and using machine learning APIs.Experience: 1-5 Years•Troubleshooting Code Experience: 2 years of experience reading code in a general purpose coding language (e.g., Java, C, C++, Python, Shell, Go or JavaScript, etc.) or in system design.•AIML Experience: 2 Experience with Machine Learning model development and deployment.•Troubleshooting Experience: 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues.•Support Experience: Familiarity with support methodologies, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Cloud Platform Engineering Knowledge: Exposure to cloud platform engineering services, including experience working with skill taxonomies and integrating new offerings, would be beneficial in this role.

• Technical Consulting Familiarity: Familiarity with technical consulting roles, particularly in creating comprehensive skill taxonomies and supporting acquisition efforts, would be an asset.

• Taxonomy Development Exposure: Exposure to developing new skill taxonomies, with the ability to create comprehensive frameworks to support knowledge transfer and skill utilization, would be advantageous.

For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
