Help shape how IBM teaches and adopts AI at scale. You'll get hands-on with emergent AI practices and building blocks — things like writing SKILL.md files, authoring agent skills, and other conventions the field is still inventing — across tools like Copilot, Rovo, Slackbot, and Box AI. You'll bring a fresh perspective on what concepts and skills we should be teaching employees as this space evolves.
