Your role and responsibilities

• Ensure the proper and correct delivery and growth of TLS/IBM services in the accounts under your responsibility.
• Ensure account profitability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the growth of the TLS/IBM portfolio within the account.
• Generate, maintain, and expand executive-level relationships within the account.
• Manage escalations of critical situations within the Customer's organization and IBM.
