We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in market and competitive intelligence, focusing on both the commercial and technical strategy for our Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). Our iPaaS offers a unified experience across API Management, Event Automation, Application Integration, B2B integration and Managed File Transfer. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in one or more of these areas and will play a key role in shaping the vision and strategy of our iPaaS offering by identifying key market trends, assessing competitive landscapes, and developing actionable insights to drive product growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Market & Competitive Analysis:
o Lead comprehensive market and competitive analysis and deliver visionary insights to inform product strategy.
o Continuously monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and risks.
o Conduct and win/loss interviews and document key findings.
o Develop competitive positioning and market differentiation strategies.
· Product Strategy & Roadmap:
o Define and drive the overall commercial and technical product strategy for our iPaaS offering.
o Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop and prioritize product features and improvements.
o Ensure alignment of the product roadmap with business goals and market demands.
· Customer & Partner Engagement:
o Engage with key customers, business partners (including hyperscalers and global system integrators), as well as industry analysts to understand challenges, and trends.
o Drive executive-level conversations both internally and externally to advocate for product vision and strategy.
o Support the go-to-market (GTM) teams by providing market insights and competitive positioning.
· Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Communication:
o Present findings, insights, and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product planning, execution, and marketing.
o Serve as the internal subject matter expert on market trends and competitor intelligence.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or market analysis, with a focus on enterprise software, APIs, application integration, or iPaaS products.
- Experience in collaborating with or working within hyperscalers, global system integrators, or related ecosystem partners.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior-level stakeholders and executives.
- Strong understanding of iPaaS, API Management, and event-driven architectures (EDA).
- Proven ability to analyze market data, distill competitive insights, and make strategic recommendations.
· Demonstrated communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business audiences.
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills, particularly in high-stakes executive-level conversations.
