Act as the subject matter expert to all matters relating to ServiceNow solutions. Identify opportunities for improvement within existing service operations and core propositions related to ServiceNow. Play a key role in the sales cycle by delivering demos, preparing presentations to clients, designing solution architecture. Proactively bring thought leadership and business outlook to effectively address client issues/demands related to ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical guidance and Management of ServiceNow project delivery
1) Working with clients to understand current ServiceNow environment
2) Collect critical data points for scoping and designing ServiceNow Solution
3) Carry discussion with client and team regarding ServiceNow modules, configuration requirements and best practices.
4) Develop Staff Solution plans
5) Work with project team to execute on service delivery plan
6) Be a subject matter expert with respect to configuration, integration and other requirements
7) Provide guidance and overview of testing procedures
8) Work with client stakeholders for validation of implementation / configuration
9) Ensure proper migration from development to production of any ServiceNow modules
10) Work with IBM project team and account team on project oversight, including quality and governance
This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.
- Overall 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Project handling, Process & ServiceNow Technical Consulting and Platform implementation.
- Experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD.
- Around 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow platform.
- Around 3 - 5 years plus active experience as an architect.
- Experience in JavaScript, Web Services, AJAX, XML/JSON
- Experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions
- Experience with IT Service Management and related tools
- College Degree
- Web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
- Strong experience in ServiceNow integration projects with external system of record applications ( EX : WORKDAY, SAP , 3rd party ticketing tools, Procurement systems etc )
- CTA certification with ServiceNow.
