Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Lead to drive the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. You will serve as the primary functional expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation while leading a team through the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Lead workshops to gather requirements and design scalable solutions for PPM modules.
  • Implementation: Oversee the end-to-end configuration of PPM modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.
  • Integration: Manage cross-functional integration points with Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Time & Labor (OTL).
  • Team Leadership: Mentor functional consultants, manage project deliverables, and act as the escalation point for complex issues.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business process owners to advise on standard functionality versus customizations.

Required technical and professional expertise
  • 8+ years in Oracle ERP implementation, with at least 3 full-lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud PPM.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in Project Financial Management; familiarity with OTBI and FBDI data loading.
  • Certifications: Oracle Cloud PPM Implementation Specialist certification is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead client-facing sessions.
