- Develop comprehensive Organizational Change and HR Strategy deliverables with a focus on helping clients transform their organizations to achieve target benefits
- Lead the design and execution of change management activities: communications, training, stakeholder assessment, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
- Partner with HR leaders to design and implement transformations across HR strategy, operating model, organizational design, process mapping, and employee experience.
- Apply human‑centred and experience‑led approaches to help clients solve complex people challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, building strong, collaborative relationships.
- Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and leadership alignment activities.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to junior consultants.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals, solution design, and client presentations.
- Apply knowledge of and translate industry leading best practices for client engagements;
- Drive practice eminence by developing assets, methods, accelerators, and thought leadership.
- Proven consulting experience leading Organizational Change Management for large scale transformations including ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
- Demonstrated ability to lead OCM workstreams across complex, multi‑stakeholder transformation programs (technology-enabled, digital, HR, or operating model changes).
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications, training, readiness measurement, and adoption planning.
- Proven experience supporting or leading HR Transformation initiatives (e.g., HR operating model, employee experience, HR process design, HR technology adoption, workforce transformation).
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and executive engagement skills, with comfort presenting to senior leaders.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, provide coaching to junior consultants, and manage delivery quality.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply structure, critical thinking, and insight to ambiguous problems.
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary consulting teams (strategy, design, technology, data).
- Ability to obtain Canadian federal government security clearance.
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Familiarity with organizational design, workforce strategy, culture transformation, leadership development, or employee experience design.
- Strong understanding of talent, HR, and workforce trends, including skills-based transformation, AI adoption, and future‑of‑work practices.
- Experience working across industries (e.g., Public Sector, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy and Utilities)
- Experience working with senior executives to drive alignment, influence decision‑making, and manage stakeholder expectations in complex environments.
- Ability to develop consulting assets, accelerators, methods, or thought leadership that contribute to practice growth and eminence.
