Your role and responsibilities

You’ll work alongside experienced change leaders to support digital transformation initiatives, through the design and development of key deliverables and workshops for both Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, SuccessFactors, UKG, Adobe, and Salesforce, etc.) and non-ERP projects (HR, Strategy)

  • Develop comprehensive Organizational Change and HR Strategy deliverables with a focus on helping clients transform their organizations to achieve target benefits
  • Support the design and execution of change management activities: communications, training, stakeholder assessment, change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement.
  • Partner with HR leaders to design and implement transformations across HR strategy, operating model, organizational design, process mapping, and employee experience.
  • Apply human centered and experience-led approaches to help clients solve complex people challenges.
  • Support the Change Management Lead with workshops, working sessions, and leadership alignment activities.
  • Apply knowledge of and translate industry leading best practices for client engagements;
  • Leverage AI tools, assets and assistants to conduct research and develop work products
  • Develop communications tailored to specific audiences including written and video assets
Required education
Associate's Degree/College Diploma
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Proven consulting experience supporting Organizational Change Management for large scale transformations including ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies including stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications, training, readiness measurement, and adoption planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply structure, critical thinking, and insight to ambiguous problems.
  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary consulting teams (strategy, design, technology, data).
  • Bilingual (French and English)
Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Familiarity with organizational design, workforce strategy, culture transformation, leadership development, or employee experience design.
  • Strong understanding of talent, HR, and workforce trends, including skills-based transformation, AI adoption, and future of work practices.
  • Experience working across industries (e.g., Public Sector, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy and Utilities)
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and executive engagement skills, with comfort presenting to senior leaders.
