Your role and responsibilities

As a Delivery Manager for Managed Services, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services and technology to clients. You will establish policies, procedures, and quality standards to drive high service performance and exceptional results.

This role involves examination, possession or transfer of controlled goods and technology as defined under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and ITAR data/technology. To be eligible for employment in this role, you must be a Canadian citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident. Canadian citizens and permanent residents must be security assessed under the Canadian controlled goods program. If you hold dual or third nationality, in addition to being either a Canadian citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident the nationality must be from one of the following countries in order to be eligible for employment in this role: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, or the United Kingdom. This role is onsite in Ottawa, Ontario only.

· Ability to manage, execute, and deliver project activities on time and within defined scope;

· Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail across project schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables;

· Ability to own project issues end-to-end, proactively identifying risks and driving effective resolutions;

· Ability to communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, team members, and leadership;

· Ability to track project progress, manage change, and ensure alignment with project objectives;

· Ability to adapt plans and delivery approaches in response to evolving requirements or constraints;

· Ability to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across delivery teams;

· Demonstrated ability to engage with clients effectively, building strong relationships through clear, professional, and confident communication;

· Ability to maintain delivery momentum and service quality in fast-paced consulting environments with competing priorities;

· Ability to monitor project financials, including burn rates, utilization to proactively identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions;

· Demonstrated experience leading software development projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies;

· Experience with analyzing performance data to inform process improvements and ensure continuous service quality enhancements.

Preferred technical and professional experience

· Experience in project security and maintaining security controls.

· Experience in public sector consulting.

· Experience with leveraging project management software to streamline service delivery and optimize outcomes.

· PMP Certification.
