Your role and responsibilities

As a Senior UKG Consultant, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions that meet client requirements, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

- Analyze and Configure Time Functions: Analyze requirements, design, configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Time Management functions, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, and schedules.

- Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on UKG tools, ensuring they can effectively utilize the solutions.

- Stay Up-to-Date with New Features: Stay current with new features and releases of UKG modules, applying this knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Troubleshoot and Support: Help support and troubleshoot the UKG module, resolving issues and ensuring seamless functionality.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Proficiency in UKG, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting

• UKG Certification

• Solution Design and Deployment: Experience designing and deploying HR technology solutions to meet client requirements, including positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting, and schedules.

• Troubleshooting and Support: Experience providing support and troubleshooting for Time Management modules, with the ability to resolve issues and ensure optimal system performance.

• Ability to travel up to 5 days a week based on clients requirements.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• French language proficiency is an asset
