Your role and responsibilities

Vous travaillerez sous la responsabilité du directeur de l’équipe de développement et de mise en production, au sein d’une équipe multidisciplinaire composée d’ingénieurs et de techniciens spécialisés. Vous participerez directement à la mise en œuvre d’expériences visant à faire progresser les connaissances et à approfondir la compréhension des paramètres critiques de procédé.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement technologique stimulant, au cœur d’une équipe engagée et dynamique, et contribuerez concrètement à la croissance de l’usine IBM de Bromont.

Votre mandat principal consistera à développer des solutions d’encapsulation pour des microplaquettes (puces) et des composantes électroniques actives et passives.

Vos tâches seront :
  • Élaborer les plans de développement produit et procédés
  • Concevoir les solutions d’assemblage, incluant les procédés et les équipements requis
  • Sélectionner les matériaux et produits chimiques utilisés pour l’assemblage
  • Superviser l’exécution des plans de développement et de qualification
  • Participer aux activités de veille technologique liées aux procédés d’encapsulation
  • Superviser et/ou participer à la mise en production des produits développés

  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, métallurgique, des matériaux ou en génie chimique
  • Candidat à la Profession d'ingénieur (CPI)
  • Aptitudes démontrées en leadership et en négociation
  • Fort esprit d’innovation et capacité de synthèse
  • Excellentes capacités de recherche de causes, de résolution de problèmes complexes et d’analyse statistique
