Introduction

À titre d’analyste en planification financière et d’affaires, vous joindrez une équipe stratégique au cœur des opérations de fabrication et de développement de l’usine IBM de Bromont. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement technologique de pointe, où la finance agit comme partenaire d’affaires clé pour soutenir la prise de décision et la performance opérationnelle.

En étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérations, ingénierie, planification et approvisionnement, vous contribuerez à structurer, analyser et transformer l’information financière afin d’assurer le succès à long terme de l’usine et d’IBM. Le rôle offre également une exposition élargie aux opérations financières, aux systèmes d’information et aux initiatives de transformation, en collaboration avec des équipes IBM réparties à l’échelle mondiale.

Description du poste :

  • Structurer, regrouper et analyser des données financières complexes afin de soutenir la prise de décision.
  • Élaborer des hypothèses financières, des modèles et des points de référence pour les budgets, prévisions et plans d’affaires.
  • Préparer et suivre les budgets, prévisions et plans financiers pour les secteurs sous votre responsabilité.
  • Réaliser des analyses d’écarts (budget, prévisions, coûts réels) et produire des recommandations à valeur ajoutée.
  • Identifier les enjeux de performance financière et en analyser les causes profondes.
  • Préparer et présenter les résultats financiers à la direction.
  • Participer activement à des projets de transformation des systèmes et des processus financiers, incluant l’automatisation et l’amélioration continue.

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires (finance, comptabilité, technologies d’affaires) ou expérience équivalente.
  • Fort intérêt pour la gestion financière dans un contexte d’affaires et opérationnel.
  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de communication.
  • Aisance à formuler des recommandations claires et à influencer les parties prenantes.
  • Autonomie, curiosité intellectuelle, esprit d’équipe et orientation solutions.
  • Intérêt marqué pour les technologies avancées et les environnements manufacturiers.
  • Très bonnes connaissances des outils d’analyse financière et de données: Excel avancé, Planning Analytics, SQL et/ou outils d’automatisation.
  • Bonne connaissance du français à l'oral et à l'écrit

Preferred technical and professional experience
  • Une expérience professionnelle (ex. stage) dans un rôle similaire sera considérée comme un atout.
  • Bonne connaissance de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
