As an Application Architect specializing in Hybrid Cloud Management, you will manage the overall application system, ensuring seamless interactions between components. You will establish technology standards, translate business objectives into technology standards, and select/define/enforce consistent products, vendors, methodologies, and standards. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Application Systems: Manage the overall application system, ensuring seamless interactions between components, and address any issues and tickets across stacks in a Cloud-hosted application. • Establish Technology Standards: Establish technology standards, translate business objectives into technology standards, and select/define/enforce consistent products, vendors, methodologies, and standards. • Ensure Application Support: Ensure application support, performance, availability, and scalability, as well as maintain the functional interface to the application infrastructure. • Consult on Cloud Management: Consult clients on Cloud Management strategies and roadmaps, utilizing expertise in various technologies, including Java, Open Systems, DBMS, Mainframe, EAI, C++, and .NET. • Apply Architectural Patterns: Apply knowledge of architectural patterns and DevOps methodologies to optimize application systems and ensure seamless interactions between components.
• Technology Standards Development: Experience with establishing technology standards, translating business objectives into technology standards, and selecting/defining/enforcing consistent products, vendors, methodologies, and standards. • Multi-Technology Proficiency: Experience in various technologies, including Java, Open Systems, DBMS, Mainframe, EAI, C++, and .NET, with the ability to apply this expertise to optimize application systems. • Cloud Platform Understanding: Experience with Cloud platforms, including the ability to manage issues and tickets across stacks in a Cloud-hosted application. • Architectural Pattern Application: Experience with applying architectural patterns and DevOps methodologies to ensure seamless interactions between components and optimize application systems. • Consulting on Cloud Management: Experience consulting clients on Cloud Management strategies and roadmaps, with the ability to provide expert guidance on application support, performance, availability, and scalability.
• Familiarity with Mainframe: Experience with Mainframe technology, including its applications and limitations, to inform technology standards and optimize application systems. • Knowledge of EAI: Experience with Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) to ensure seamless interactions between components and optimize application systems. • Understanding of C++: Experience with C++ programming language to apply this expertise to optimize application systems and ensure seamless interactions between components.
