What You’ll Do Here:

We are looking for IT Tech Interns for our growing team! You will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are passionate about technology and eager to learn from industry professionals. Depending on your role assignment, here’s what you’ll do here:

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will:

  • Identify business needs, facilitate requirement workshops, and conduct impact analyses to recommend and document IT solutions.

  • Assist in solution development, participate in testing activities, and write user stories for developers and test teams.

  • Support the Product Owner with backlog prioritization, create change processes, and maintain comprehensive documentation for stakeholders.

As a IT Architect Intern, you will:

  • Propose, develop, and maintain systems and technology architectures, models, and standards to meet company goals, with a good understanding of the software development life cycle and Open APIs.

  • Work with team members on architecture projects, support the implementation of standards, and utilize design tools like DrawIO for documentation.

  • Assist in planning projects, ensure adherence to standards, and effectively use tools like Confluence and JIRA for project management.

As a Technical Advisor Intern, you will:

  • Provide support for Agility and FinOps teams, extract and analyze data for dashboards and reports, and ensure accurate updates on change requests.

  • Work with Agile teams, brainstorm solutions, and participate in improving system development, maintenance processes, and documentation.

  • Optimize systems, ensure quality standards, support solution deployments, and contribute creative ideas for process and service improvements.

What you bring to the table:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering, Math & Statistics, or IT related field

  • Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Fall 2025 Term (September to December)

  • Must be an active student during your internship and/or returning to school in next Winter 2026 following your internship

  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning

  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for technology

  • Self-reliant with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Be bilingual for all Quebec roles (English and French). Need to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
