Salary range (but not limited to):
87,200 - 106,600Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :
Diriger et coordonner les activités des experts en sinistres, reliées au traitement des sinistres, afin d'atteindre les objectifs en matière d'engagement, de gestion des surcoûts, d’efficacité et de service à la clientèle.
Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs corporatifs et régionaux en mesurant la performance de son équipe, en assurant la qualité du traitement des sinistres, le niveau de respect des normes, des procédures et la productivité.
Gérer les activités de son équipe en organisant, planifiant et contrôlant l'utilisation optimale des ressources humaines, financières et matérielles selon le budget, tout en favorisant le travail d'équipe et en orientant leur formation sur le plan technique.
Participer à l'amélioration des processus opérationnels.
Prendre les décisions pour son équipe concernant le traitement des dossiers sinistres et le paiement des indemnités en conformité avec les normes de l'entreprise.
Promouvoir l'image de marque et les principes d'affaires auprès des partenaires.
Participer à des projets d’envergure nationale
Ce que vous mettrez à profit :
Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans le traitement de dossiers de sinistres habitation
Un minimum de 6 mois d’expérience en gestion d’une équipe d’experts en sinistres
Détenir un certificat d'expert en sinistre
Aptitudes et connaissances optimales des systèmes informatiques
Avoir un sens profond des responsabilités personnelles
Se soucier des gens
Créer un milieu axé sur l'ouverture et l'honnêteté
Agir avec intégrité
Être inspiré par le client
Viser l'excellence
Bilingue (français et anglais) Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays
