Salary range (but not limited to):
128,300 - 156,800Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
Join the Partner Solutions (PSI) team as a Manager, Cyber Threat Monitoring & Response. Your primary role will be to ensure monitoring of PSI-managed infrastructures, manage security incidents, oversee cyber investigations, and handle vulnerability management.
What you'll do here:
Ensure uninterrupted (24/7) security monitoring of all PSI and client IT operations and infrastructures.
Develop and test documented action plans for security incidents.
Implement and oversee the cybersecurity incident response process.
Ensure the management and proper functioning of the security patching process.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to detect and eliminate cyber threats.
Track and manage the team’s key performance indicators.
Contribute to the evaluation of technological tools and practices.
Implement new processes, practices, and/or technological tools to mitigate cyber threats, aligned with the established security roadmap.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in technology, information security, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 3 years of team management experience.
At least ten (10) years of relevant professional experience in information technology.
At least five (5) years of experience in information security.
Advanced knowledge in areas such as cyber investigations, security operations platforms, information security principles, and technical writing.
A recognized certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or GSEC is an asset.
Knowledge of standards, regulations, and laws governing information security (NIST, COBIT5, ISO 27001) is an asset.
Strong analytical mindset and pragmatic approach to addressing IT security issues and incident management.
Leadership ability to facilitate collaboration within the team.
Mentoring and coaching skills to develop the team within the organization.
Ability to create and present materials to communicate complex concepts and build consensus.
Excellent ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple objectives and challenges.
Highly motivated, autonomous, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage priorities effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to handle matters diplomatically at all levels of the organization.
Willingness to challenge the status quo.
Client-oriented approach to meet business needs.
Bilingualism (French/English): required to interact regularly with French and English-speaking colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
