About the role
We’re looking for a Manager, Training Coordination & Enablement to join our growing National Claims Learning & Development (L&D) team.
Reporting to the Director, National Claims L&D, you will lead the team that keeps our learning ecosystem running smoothly and reliably for Claims. You bring together and mobilize a team that focuses on knowledge management, training coordination, enablement expertise, and eLearning integration to ensure claims employees can access the right information and training at the right time—accurate, consistent, and aligned with current contracts, processes, and regional realities.
What you’ll do
Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of Librarians, Coordinators, L&D Enablement Consultant, and E‑learning Integrators, providing clarity on priorities, removing barriers, and supporting day-to-day execution and growth.
Engage and foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture with clear expectations and accountability (though coaching, performance management, development plan and discussions).
Align the enablement function as one coherent ecosystem: establish team ways of working, handoffs, and checkpoints so knowledge, training materials, digital builds, and deployments stay synchronized.
Provide leadership and governance to ensure enablement training content remains accurate and aligned with current contracts, products, and operational practices.
Guide L&D Enablement Consultant in keeping training materials accurate and aligned to contracts/products/practices; ensure core messaging is consistent across programs and reflected in both training assets and knowledge systems.
Drive alignment on L&D content by setting standards, coordinating stakeholder validation, and ensuring consistency between learning assets and knowledge tools (Index/knowledge base, catalog).
Ensure the Index/knowledge base and training catalog remain current and reliable by coordinating updates with Standards & Rules, SMEs, and business stakeholders.
Define and evolve standards for knowledge and enablement content, and enable consistent adoption across assets and tools.
Oversee training coordination and logistics (scheduling, enrollments, learner communications, attendance/completion records) to ensure a seamless, consistent learner experience.
Oversees licensing and compliance activities as applicable (renewals, registrations, documentation, disclosures), ensuring deadlines and regulatory obligations are met.
Partner with training COEs, strategy and content teams to enable consistent launches—supporting digital builds, communications, and smooth deployment through the LMS/LXP.
Drive continuous improvement and modernization initiatives (processes, workflows, tools), including experimentation with new approaches and technology where it adds value.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in administration, education or equivalent work-related experience
Experience leading a team, training operations, enablement, knowledge management, or learning operations in a complex environment.
You are a trusted colleague and are recognized for your collaboration, leadership, your ability to influence, coach and positively engage your team and business partners.
Strong prioritization and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and tight timelines.
You have proven achievements in continuous improvement and work methodology.
You have a strategic vision of training and change management for a large organization.
You demonstrate a great ability to challenge the status quo and to be creative and innovative.
Strong understanding of how knowledge, training content, digital learning, and coordination come together to support frontline performance.
Comfort with learning and knowledge tools (e.g., LMS/LXP, knowledge bases, SharePoint) and using data to guide decisions and improvements.
