Salary range (but not limited to):
101,800 - 124,400Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior iOS Developer (SPM, MVVM, VIPER, and SwiftUI required) to join our growing team!
What you'll do here:
- Perform system and programming needs analyses to identify issues and propose solutions, including program specifications.
- Develop system specifications; code, modify, test, and debug software under general supervision, in line with established plans and timelines.
- Build strong knowledge of the system’s technical and business capabilities in order to explain them to colleagues, while interacting effectively with users.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and software components.
- Plan and run production sessions / releases.
- Design and model programmatic solutions to complex problems to meet documented functional and non-functional requirements.
- Review design as part of deliverables (code quality and design quality).
- Develop and support complex components.
- Support and guide the project team throughout development to ensure code quality while meeting project deadlines.
- Write unit and integration tests for each feature you develop.
- Contribute to regression testing strategies to improve application component stability.
- Provide Level 1 support and maintenance for the application and resolve complex defects.
- Work independently.
What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of iOS development experience.
- Strong knowledge of SPM, MVVM, VIPER, and SwiftUI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative and ability to work under pressure.
- Team spirit with strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual (French and English) — requires regular interaction with colleagues across Canada.
- No Canadian work experience required, but you must be eligible to work in Canada.
