Lifecycle Product Marketing Lead - Konek

We’re launching a new digital wallet in partnership with Canada’s leading banks and merchants — and we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Lifecycle Product Marketing Lead to build and scale next-generation CRM capabilities from the ground up.

This role will act as a dedicated SME and define the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, design the customer lifecycle playbook, and activate data-driven campaigns that drive usage and loyalty. You’ll also help establish the marketing operating model and play a lead role in partner marketing efforts, collaborating with banks and merchants on co-branded campaigns that reach and convert shared audiences.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Acting as a thought-leader and build next-generation lifecycle/CRM capabilities, including the strategy, customer journeys, infrastructure, and measurement framework.

  • Establishing the CRM marketing operating model, advocating for best practices and outlining how internal teams and external agencies collaborate to deliver at scale.

  • Leading partner marketing efforts with bank partners, merchants, and acquirers, co-creating CRM campaigns that align messaging, incentives, and timing to drive usage and loyalty.

  • Designing and implementing a full-funnel CRM strategy, spanning onboarding, activation, engagement, and re-engagement.

  • Developing a scalable CRM playbook, including segmentation, automation, personalization logic, and testing frameworks.

  • Orchestrating and executing multi-channel, personalized CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app across customer segments, using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and a rigour around ideation and experimentation.

  • Tracking and optimizing performance using lifecycle KPIs across onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, and retention stages.

  • Working cross-functionally with product, analytics, compliance, and design teams to ensure CRM is integrated, compliant, and aligned with the broader customer experience.

You bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation, with a strong track record of building from the ground up.

  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and cross-channel campaign execution.

  • Experience leading or co-developing partner marketing initiatives with external brands or channel partners.

  • Familiarity with agency collaboration and marketing operating model design.

  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and optimize performance.

  • Excellent cross-functional and partner collaboration skills — able to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.

  • Working knowledge of customer data infrastructure, privacy regulations, and marketing compliance (CASL).

  • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
