Job Overview

We’re looking for a Training Enablement Lead to join our team. This role will lead efforts to building a robust learning program for the Product Support team for our onboarding training and ongoing skill development across all team members. Enablement is a collaborative effort aimed at equipping our teams with the right information and resources to drive maximum customer value. This role will provide a clear vision for developing and executing training content through all levels of Support in order to drive toward key departmental goals to uphold our best in class support. This role will have a significant, direct impact on Mailchimp’s customer experience and the company’s operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with implementing strategically-driven training programs based around a deep understanding of current skills and identify strengths and skill gaps in functional areas to achieve business goals
  • Mobilize go to market and product release training
  • Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across all levels of Support to remain properly aligned around training skill gaps and future direction of training
  • Ensure that teams have the necessary resources, training, and support to perform effectively and meet organizational goals
  • Monitor and ensure the adoption and outcomes of training initiatives, interpreting analytics and measuring against efficacy of training for additional improvements
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to the employee experience for the designated training management programs (including digital learning content), providing feedback to the product owner accordingly

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a Training Enablement role
  • Genuinely passionate about people’s growth and empowering and developing people
  • Ability to self-motivate and work with ambiguity while driving results
  • Facilitation skills, including skills to open, narrow and close large group discussions, manage dialogue between participants

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $120,000 - $162,000, Colorado $92,500 - $125,000, Bay Area California $120,000-162,000, Southern California $106,000-143,500, Washington $97,000 - $131,500, Washington D.C. $92,500 - $125,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
