We are looking for a tech-passionate product leader to shape and steward our learning platform to unlock the next phase of growth of our services, with focus on creating and delivering training experiences that wows our learners using state-of-the-art technologies, including AI, to deliver highly proficient experts who will serve our 100+ million customers.

This innovative seasoned product leader will have a track record of success leading technology transformation, preferably with an L&D organization, and which includes managing and executing L&D programs. They will need to highly data and analytics-driven to ensure focus on the biggest drivers and opportunities. They will also need to demonstrate a strong understanding of new technologies (including Generative AI) and how they can be deployed to transform learning platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Bring E2E product mindset, expertise and processes to our learning and development platforms, starting with understanding our learners’ biggest problems E2E, and then identifying and implementing appropriate technologies, features and processes that drive outcomes.
  • Lead and oversee the analysis, design, development, implementation, and continuous evaluation of technologies, structures, and processes that support the core learning and development solutions, including managing i) a team of L&D technologists to identify technology roadmap, and ii) a team of L&D instructional designers to implement programs across Intuit with internal and external expert organizations
  • Partner with external and internal stakeholders to identify best-in-class, scalable and modern learning solutions, including learning design and learning technology.

Qualifications

  • Product Management: Strong track record as a product leader driving awesome experiences and technology transformation (8+ years)
  • L&D Context: Strong preference for prior experience in a learning and development organization, with deep knowledge of learning technologies, trends and learning experience strategies
  • Learning best practices: Experience understanding modern learners and how learner behavior data influences content development and deployment
  • Excellent Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to link project strategies to business objectives and drive desired business outcomes by setting a vision, goals and objectives that motivate and inspire the organization to deliver
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to effectively collaborate, partner and consult with global senior leaders, business partners and colleagues in team and subject matter experts to bring together competing priorities and ultimately drive business results.
  • Innovator: Capacity to be a change agent - not afraid to challenge the status quo. Experience driving front line or customer engagement with new products, tools and/or processes.
  • Cross-Functional Leader: Demonstrated ability to lead and partner with cross-functional, virtual teams and operate autonomously, making complex decisions in situations of ambiguity and time pressure.
  • Results Driver: Track record of successfully managing multiple projects at once successfully. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, excel in a complex fast paced, team-oriented environment with rapidly evolving business demands.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible and demonstrates a willingness to learn along the way

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $210500 - $284500, Colorado $173000 - $234500, Bay Area California $217500 - 294500, Southern California $202500 - 274000, Washington $182000 - $246000, Washington D.C. $173000 - $234500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
