We are looking for an experienced and passionate designer to join our diverse team. We design for a rapidly growing, cutting-edge business that understands and values our work and sees user experience, customer experience, and service design as key strategic priorities.


Your design passion will make an immediate and lasting impact on our customer experience. Our vision is to create professional, seamless, and friction-free experiences that enable our customers to work less and accomplish more. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents to create experiences used by our diverse worldwide customers, from Fortune 500 companies to SMB markets.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product design for highly complex systems
  • Demonstrated breadth across interaction design, information architecture, usability
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and visual storytelling skills
  • Hands-on experience creating detailed wireframes (both low and high fidelity), polished design prototypes and other design artifacts in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to scope and estimate efforts accurately and prioritize workload independently
  • Proficiency in a variety of design tools (especially Figma) and processes such as journey mapping and design sprints/workshops

Preferred, not required:

  • Experience designing user experiences for cloud software and services and/or IT professionals is a big plus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, design tradeoffs and shifting priorities
  • Creative and holistic problem solver with a sharp eye for details
  • Creating and applying established design principles and interaction patterns
  • Experience using design components and pattern libraries

The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver world-class design solutions from initial concept through finished product
  • Incorporate system and framework thinking and pattern-matching into solutions to reinforce integrity of design system and product cohesion
  • Provide insightful perspectives and ideas that will help shape the direction of company-wide investments in the identity space.
  • Work closely and constructively with product management, content designers, user researchers, engineers and other designers to iterate and deliver design artifacts and solutions.
  • Advocate for the customer and champion industry-leading, inclusive, and human-centered design practices.
  • Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business, user goals, and ecosystem considerations.
