Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the user feedback insight analysis for Microsoft Copilot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, data analysis, and user experience. This role will be critical in ensuring that user feedback is deeply analyzed and leveraged to continuously improve our product.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

at least 3 years of working experience.

Proven experience in product management, data analysis, and user experience.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in using English as the working language.

Responsibilities

Establish methodologies to conduct in-depth analysis of user feedback to provide actionable insights for product improvement.

Collaborated with various feature teams to enhance their user experience by leveraging user feedback insights. Serve as the internal advocate for user voice.

Define, build, and track key metrics to measure success.

Ensure the smooth integration of new product features with the feedback processing framework. Continuously improve the processing efficiency while maintaining high quality.
