As a Risk Manager, you will help develop, operate, and maintain services supporting the evolving needs of one of our largest and most significant customers. As a Risk manager you will develop the risk policy, process and methodology for risk-management across the program. This will include; reviewing risks using appropriate risk-profile scoring to determine risk prioritization, identifying ownership and determining accountability for mitigating activities.

This role will allow you to develop your program and risk management and technical skills. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Program\Project Mangement and Risk Management certification.
• Demonstrable experience of risk management and wider program governance, including the management of complex plans, including scheduling, reporting, resource management and senior stakeholder communications.
• Professional presentation skills with experience of regularly presenting a variety of different audiences.
• Customer advocacy, a deep ethos and understanding of customer needs and the methods by which to surface articulated and unarticulated needs.

• Identify potential customer needs and develops innovative plans and processes to efficiently execute customer solutions and projects.
• Collaboratively synthesizes varied customer feedback to extrapolate improvements for more efficient acceleration of service delivery.
• Collaborates with multiple cross-functional teams of architects, engineers, and support to relay customer goals, evaluate suggested actionable solutions, and establish cadence for service adoption.
