We are seeking an exceptional talent to join our global community to transform a multi-billion-dollar e-commerce business. As S-KI Digital Direct manager, you will lead the whole Digital Stores in S-KI markets to deliver the best-in-class digital experiences that showcase Microsoft technology and drive sales across all Microsoft storefronts.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR 7+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 7+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Social Science, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field AND 8+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR 9+ years experience in retail, ecommerce, data science, research, marketing or business-related roles OR equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years experience in go to market (GTM), marketing strategy, business planning, or similar roles.
  • 7+ years experience in integrated, digital or product marketing management.
  • 4+ years project/vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver business goals by developing end-to-end sales and marketing plans that align to global launch plan and local seasonal beats. Coordinate plans with Store Demand Generation Leads, CRM, local Product Marketing Groups and Segment marketers; establish and track KPIs and ROIs for paid & non-paid tactics.
  • Partner with category leads, Planners, Site Merchandising and Marketing teams to create and package offers with compelling experiences and services for each core customer segments.
  • Drive new revenue streams and customer value propositions through pilot programs, and capture learnings to refine future growth plan and inform senior management decision.
  • Be the voice of customers to advocate for improvements in product offers, roadmap and customer shopping experience. Serve as liaison between local segment, Corporate and Microsoft Store teams to build mutually beneficial relationships.
