The Accounting Operations team is looking for a highly motivated, dynamic finance professional to join our team. This team is focused on statutory governance, as well as leading key strategic projects and initiatives from an Accounting Operations perspective with attention to build for the future.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

Profile & Skills Desired:

Accounting Qualification and/or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years accounting, controllership or finance experience

OR Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years accounting, controllership or finance experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using ERP systems – SAP is desirable.
  • Strong Analytics and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of Machine Learning and applications.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent oral and ability to communicate complex analysis in a clear and simple way.
  • Have a Passion for Finance Digital Transformation and desire to continue to grow and develop.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated individual with ability to quickly identify what needs to be accomplished and resourcefulness to accomplish
  • Experience with Data management and governance.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analysis Manager's responsibility is to support the oversight and management of Financial Close, External Audit and Statutory Financial Statements with an ability to embrace technology and explore future opportunities to enable the best use of resources to achieve business objectives.

This is a critical role in the Accounting Operations team, with the main responsibilities as follows:

  • Ability to analyse key financial information, analyse and map finance processes, identify inefficiencies, make comparative analyses and recommendations for improvements.

  • Capacity to identify opportunities in developing automated accounting applications and coordinating information requirements.

  • Support the preparation of the annual financial statements and audit co- ordination.

  • Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure timely and accurate reporting for applicable legal entities.

  • Partner across Tax, Finance, Legal, Business Planning and Engineering teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Ad hoc projects: supporting key strategic projects and initiatives with a focus on resource and process efficiencies to achieve business objectives.
  • Implementation and maintenance of master data management solutions for finance and accounting operations

  • Collaborate with data stewards and engineering teams to understand data needs for finance close and ensure consistency

  • Engage in continuous learning of Microsoft services, product, infrastructure, operations, and go-to-market.
