As a Principal Technical Program Manager of AI Process Improvement, you will be pivotal in engaging with our customers in the Chief Operations Officer (COO) organization, understanding their existing processes, and facilitating the implementation of refined workflows. This role demands a hands-on approach to ensure AI is driving optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in consulting and/or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Experience in leveraging AI technologies and data to enhance operational processes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive successful project outcomes.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of industry-specific processes and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and a deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
Technical Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients onsite to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the AI Technical Team to communicate client requirements for integrating AI Agents and application programming interfaces (APIs) effectively into existing workflows.
- Test refined workflows to ensure they align with customer expectations and operational needs while seamlessly integrating advanced AI solutions.
- Act as a liaison between COO clients and the technical teams, conveying process nuances and feedback to optimize solution delivery.
- Utilize domain-specific expertise to facilitate effective communication, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations throughout the lifecycle.
- Document process changes and provide training and support to clients on new systems and workflows to ensure smooth transitions.
- Identify and address potential risks, propose solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client satisfaction.
