We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team.
This role will lead the development of secure support experiences across Microsoft’s support platforms. This opportunity will also define the vision and strategy for security-enhanced tools used by both customers and support engineers.
You will collaborate with engineering, security, and support teams to ensure our solutions are secure, compliant, and reliable—protecting customer data while delivering exceptional support.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience shipping global products and platforms.
Other Requirements
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or with global support businesses.
- Experience designing and working with support and/or CRM systems.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
In this role you will drive the security strategy and experience across the across the company leveraging key insights to drive foundational improvements to the support experience for our customers. Additionally you will be responsible for driving key improvements into the product to ensure we are a reference implementation of Dynamics.
- Own setting and executing product strategy for Microsoft Support experiences across multiple lines of businesses.
- Engage with stakeholders across the company from the engineering groups, businesses, and the support organization.
- Leverage cross-group collaboration skills and influence priorities using data- driven approaches.
