The Business Acceleration Solutions (BAS) team is Microsoft’s high-impact Specialist Team (ST) leading the next wave of enterprise transformation—powered by AI. Our mission is to guide customers from legacy CRM and ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Copilot Studio, accelerating outcomes through Role-Based Copilots and Intelligent Agents.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager Specialist.
This role will lead our most strategic growth program—positioning Copilot Studio as the enterprise agent platform of choice and accelerating AI adoption across Dynamics 365. The leader will be responsible for executing a $100M standalone Copilot Studio motion while embedding intelligent agents in every major BAS ST deal across Salesforce Replacement, ERP Accelerate, and Contact Center programs.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 5+ experience selling or building AI and/or CRM programs.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with launching and scaling strategic programs with revenue accountability.
- Experience with the Microsoft Specialist Team (ST), BIC, or MCAPS preferred.
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- Lead execution for standalone Copilot Studio opportunities with a goal of $50M+ in FY26 revenue.
- Create, scale, and manage customer-facing AI agent prototypes that showcase differentiated business outcomes.
- Build and execute a competitive displacement strategy against Google, Palantir, and other AI-first platforms.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Field to align on agent flows, MVP features, and co-development paths.
- Own the strategy and execution of reusable agent templates (e.g., Voice Agent, Sales Chat, Qualification Agent) to scale field motion.
- Evangelize agent-based selling across Microsoft’s field and partner ecosystem.
- Partner with ST Technical Architects and the Power Cat Ninja Team to accelerate solution delivery, from pilot to production.
- Prioritize investments and partner engagement strategies for Copilot Studio-certified delivery teams.
- Occasional travel required to support executive briefings, customer co-creation sessions, and partner events.
