We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you will help design and develop impactful user experiences across Copilot Studio and various Power Platform surfaces. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, AI-powered interactions that span multiple products and user scenarios. With a strong emphasis on front-end development, you’ll also contribute to full-stack solutions that shape how users engage with Microsoft’s low-code ecosystem.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field AND 4+ years of experience in software engineering, including coding in one or more languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR equivalent industry experience.
- 4+ years of experience designing, implementing, and shipping cloud services or software products.
Other Requirements:
- The ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements is mandatory for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position requires passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in modern front-end technologies, including React, TypeScript, and related frameworks, with a track record of delivering high-performance, accessible, and scalable user experiences in production environments.
Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Design and build innovative, high-quality user experiences that are performant, accessible, and scalable.
- Develop and deliver reliable, secure, and efficient software solutions that enhance the scalability, performance, and maintainability of our services with a strong focus on rapid iteration and high-quality execution.
- Drive features and projects from ideation through delivery, solving open-ended technical challenges with creativity, urgency, and ownership.
- Collaborate closely with partner teams across Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365, working across time zones and geographies to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Proactively identify system bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and propose and implement enhancements to architecture, processes, and product capabilities.
