Overview

If you want to play a role in the future of digital labor, now is your chance to join the Copilot Studio Product Marketing team. Copilot Studio is a key component of Microsoft’s commercial AI (Artificial Intelligence) strategy, enabling customers to quickly build custom agents as a SaaS (Software as a Service) service to revolutionize business processes. We’re looking for a high impact Director, Copilot Studio - Digital Labor to drive product marketing for our Digital Labor agents platform.

In this role, you will define a clear product vision for the future of digital labor agents in organizations across Microsoft products. You will be responsible for compelling product marketing of this vision and the end-to-end experience of building digital labor agents in Copilot Studio, inclusive of capabilities, manageability, and human interaction. And to be successful, you will need to influence stakeholders across Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio to align on this vision and approach.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a Product Marketing Manager capacity.
  • 4+ years of experience managing and building significant partnerships with engineering and technical stakeholders.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience building agents or AI Systems using tools like Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to create and influence long-term strategy for a broad set of products and/or solutions.

Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Create Microsoft’s shared product plan for a Digital Labor agent platform, aligning stakeholders across Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365 product engineering and marketing.
  • Build a strategy for digital labor agent management and human-in-the-loop oversight of agents across platforms in partnership with Microsoft Security and IT Audience marketing.
  • Drive compelling marketing of vision and key features in Copilot Studio that enable the creation of digital labor agents, including pitch decks, feature value propositions, and end-to-end technical storytelling.
