Overview

Do you enjoy designing and developing technical solutions to difficult business problems? Are you passionate about connecting business and engineering teams to develop the best solution? The Audit, Risk, and Compliance (ARC) Group is looking for a Technical Program Manager II in the Reporting and Analytics team. The team is responsible for identifying data-based insights, solutions and supporting end-to-end projects across the various ARC teams. They build connective tissue across ARC and external stakeholders via analytics and technology.


As the Technical Program Manager II, you are experienced and comfortable in providing insightful data analytics, as well as building low-code, no-code platforms for our customers. The Technical Program Manager II will need to be able to apply a breadth of tools that aggregate information from multiple data sources to create a complete business view and translate the data into actionable insights. The Technical Program Manager II will also build platforms and features, including agents, for use by ARC.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualificaions:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
  • 2+ years experience in business intelligence, technical solutions, or related field
  • This role requires you to be onsite at our Redmond, WA hub 3+ days a week

Preferred/Additional Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to process data using SQL and Python SQL Server Analysis Services cube
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, etc)
  • Experience creating data visualizations and modeling using technologies like T-SQL, Power BI (DAX and M Query), Excel, KQL, Azure (ADF), Python
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft AI solutions, including experience in designing AI solutions and suggesting the best fit for business needs.

Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
