We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager – CRM and Marketing Tech Systems to lead the vision and execution of a unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) + Marketing Technology (MarTech) platform—streamlining how we engage customers and optimize the seller-marketer connection.

This role focuses on simplifying and enhancing complex sales and marketing workflows by building a single, intelligent platform that empowers both teams to work more efficiently and collaboratively. You’ll design experiences that connect sales activities—such as pipeline tracking and opportunity management—with marketing functions like automated email campaigns, lead nurturing, paid media targeting, and contact segmentation. By embedding AI into these workflows, you’ll help improve decision-making, personalization, and overall business impact.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping CRM platforms that support enterprise sales processes and/or managing MarTech products (e.g., email automation, campaign management, or audience targeting).
3+ years of experience in online advertising and similar technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of experience in product management
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience with online advertising sales workflows, with the ability to design tools that meet the specific needs of ad sellers and support revenue growth.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience applying AI to sales or marketing use cases (e.g., predictive scoring, campaign optimization).

Understanding of AI/ML use cases in sales or marketing workflows (e.g., predictive lead scoring, content personalization, conversation intelligence).

Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- Lead product vision and roadmap for a unified CRM + MarTech platform, ensuring it enables seamless collaboration between sales and marketing teams.
- Simplify and modernize sales processes by designing tools that reduce manual steps, surface relevant insights, and drive seller productivity through AI.
- Define and integrate marketing workflows such as:
- Email automation (e.g., triggered nurture sequences and personalized follow-ups)
- Paid media optimization (e.g., campaign targeting recommendations)
- Contact and audience management (e.g., segmentation and engagement tracking)
- Enable closed-loop marketing and sales alignment, ensuring marketing efforts such as lead scoring and content engagement flow naturally into seller workflows.
- Understand online ad sales to tailor CRM capabilities that support ad sellers’ needs—including deal tracking, customer segmentation, and performance reporting.
- Partner closely with engineering, UX, and data science teams to build high-quality, scalable, and intuitive products.
- Champion inclusive practices throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure solutions work for users of all backgrounds and abilities.
