The Gaming division is seeking a Business Program Manager to support and drive the operational execution of our real estate and workplace programs. This role will work in close partnership with the Gaming Real Estate & Workplace (RE&W) Leader, helping bring to life the space strategy that supports our creative teams and studio environments.
As a Business Program Management Specialist in Gaming, this role is focused on program execution, project coordination, data management, documentation, and communication, all critical to enabling scalable, employee-centered workplace experiences. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in operational detail, enjoys organizing complex systems, and is passionate about building great environments for teams to do their best work. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, studio teams, and corporate partners to execute against strategy, manage projects, and maintain the systems and resources that power our physical workspace.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 2+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in program coordination, space or facilities operations, or business operations with a focus on workplace or real estate.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple operational workstreams with high attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Data handling and reporting skills with proven experience in managing sensitive or confidential information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerBI, CoPilot, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, and OneNote.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing structured documentation and operational content.
- Ability to work independently, escalate appropriately, and collaborate across teams with a clear sense of ownership and follow-through.
- Experience with Microsoft internal tools such as MS Space and Employee Central.
Business Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $76,800 - $151,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $100,800 - $168,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the Gaming RE&W Leader to execute Gaming’s real estate and space strategies, ensuring alignment with timelines, deliverables, and studio/stakeholder needs.
- Oversee space-related projects, such as site refreshes and business-funded space changes, managing timelines, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Standardize and document repeatable processes, such as intake forms for space requests.
- Maintain and organize centralized repositories for utilization data, floorplans, programming requirements, and studio profiles.
- Prepare regular reporting updates for leadership reviews, QBRs, and planning cadences in partnership with the Gaming RE&W Leader.
- Draft communications (e.g., move memos, site update emails, change announcements) for RE&W Leader review.
- Maintain and update internal communication channels including SharePoint pages, templates, and documentation hubs.
- Additional special projects, as needed.
