Overview

The Windows Cloud Endpoints (WCE) team is part of the Windows Cloud Experiences (WCX) organization and is dedicated to delivering customer obsessed Windows Cloud endpoints.
As a Senior Product Manager on the WCE team, you will play a pivotal cross-functional role in shaping and delivering the future of Windows Cloud experiences. This role will focus on delivering a simple management experience for Cloud PCs, including across the endpoint and services. Additionally, this leader will drive end-to-end planning and launch readiness, ensuring successful delivery of our solutions.

We are looking for a product leader to manage solutions from ideation through release, including continuously championing customer’s needs through each phase of the product lifecycle. In this role, you will work back from the customer to deliver solutions (business, engineering, etc.) that meet their needs, including building and documenting the plan, driving execution across a variety of partner teams, measuring success, and more.

This position requires a leader who is comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and flexibility that is higher than many programs. We are seeking a critical thinker who has a business background and thrives on solving complex challenges in partnership with others. Lastly, this is a highly collaborative role, offering the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams across the company—including marketing, engineering, finance, design, business, and legal—as well as directly with customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product or program management
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of collaboration and relationship management experience and driving change in a highly matrixed environment.
  • 5+ years of experience building, implementing, and leading cross-company planning and launch readiness mechanisms for technology products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge or hands-on experience applying AI technologies to enhance endpoint management, including areas such as predictive analytics, automated remediation, or intelligent policy enforcement.
  • Familiar with mobile device management solutions, including Intune.
  • Committed written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of an organization, technical and non-technical.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

  • Maintain a customer-obsessed and strategic mindset when evaluating opportunities, leveraging cross-group collaboration and embracing diverse perspectives to effectively navigate and resolve complex challenges.
  • Deliver and execute against a plan, including managing dependencies across teams to ensure that features/capabilities land on time with the required scope
  • Anticipate and manage issues/risks and make trade-off decisions to deliver products that scale, quickly.
  • Leverage low-friction mechanisms to drive program efficiency and transparency to key stakeholders as we deliver against our roadmap.
  • Create and deliver executive level presentations to drive decision making and alignment.
  • Build trust and collaborative relationships with partners across the company, including engineering, marketing, finance, design, business, legal, and more.
