Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Human Resources or business; OR Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in Human Resources or business experience; OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management or equivalent
  • 2+ years of community engagement and development strategies including the development of a holistic architecture of websites, forums, and emerging tools and practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Gaming industry knowledge or experience
  • Experienced with project management tools and Microsoft Office software
  • Experience working with executive leaders
  • Experience with facilitating large group discussions on complex topics
  • Experience working with multiple organizational structures
  • Energetic self-starter, using data to drive decisions
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
  • Proven ability to influence others and drive decisions, without being in a position of authority
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail

Diversity & Inclusion IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Holistically drive programs that generate empathy and understanding of unique community needs and perspectives at the executive level to accelerate organizational transformation
  • In partnership with the Community Leads and Microsoft Gaming, build and maintain relationships with internal community influencers by driving the ongoing dialogue
  • Act as Program Manager for the internal communities, including management of event staff and logistics.
  • Demonstrate leadership as you navigate ambiguity while creating clarity around strategy and assisting with prioritization of goals.
  • Execute on communications strategies in partnership with the communities and other stakeholders
  • Provide direct coaching, tools, and responsive support to Community leaders across geographies to ensure successful program delivery and sustained engagement.
  • Support the design and deployment of onboarding, training, and development experiences for Community Leaders, and Executive Sponsors.
  • Lead implementation of governance models to drive consistency, accountability, and strategic alignment across chapters, functions, and geographies.
  • Act as a connector between community leaders, HR partners, business stakeholders, and the broader Gaming Inclusion team to ensure alignment, collaboration, and impact amplification.
  • Manage and maintain key resources, playbooks, communications, and internal processes that enable scaled and consistent execution of community programs.
  • Track engagement, community health, and program impact through qualitative and quantitative data; synthesize findings into insights that guide future investments and interventions.
  • Partner with the broader Gaming Inclusion team to surface identity-informed insights and help integrate community input into systemic solutions.
