Microsoft Innovation Hub is a global consultative presales program for select Enterprise customers, comprising a network of 39 physical locations each staffed with a small team of senior technical sellers. The program delivers deep technical engagements focused on business outcomes. Senior architects drive customer innovation – from problem exploration to technical proof of concepts– with a journey of highly tailored single or multi-day engagements.
The Business Operations Program Manager Tools & Performance role in the WW Hub team holds a critical position responsible for managing, facilitating and streamlining our Tools & Performance,, from processes to tooling and execution insights for rhythm of Business meetings. This role is pivotal in updating processes & tooling to changes in strategy, enabling the field with tools that support operational excellence and field accountability. In this role, you will manage global processes, ensure the seamless adoption of improved or new tools, and you will provide senior leaders with actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations and analytics, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to lead through influence in a multi-country, matrix organization.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, process improvement, or operations
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in data manipulation and insights deduction, enabling the creation of actionable and coachable insights.
- Experience in managing and optimizing workflows to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication, ability to interact with diverse groups across multiple organizational levels Growth mindset to continually be learning and improving, along with a passion to help others be successful.
- Experience working in a multi-country, matrix organization, demonstrating the ability to lead through influence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business leaders and teams to understand process challenges and goals.
- Solid understanding of business process management.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools, data analysis, and process mapping.
- Creative problem-solving & analytical skills to drive keen insights and understand root causes combined with a “sense of urgency” to develop solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross functional teams.
- Experience in vendor / supplier management.
Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities
Engagement Tool Enhancements:
- Develop Business Requirements: Collaborate with Hub leaders, technical sellers, and stakeholders to define, document, and prioritize business requirements to be submitted to tool product owners and engineering teams.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead Hub stakeholders through UAT process each month to validate that new features align with business requirements and are fully functional before being deployed
- New Feature Release Management: Communicate new features to Hub teams and ensure training plan and any required documentation is available for smooth adoption
- Communication: Ensure all stakeholders and leadership are aware of new and upcoming features and business requirements
Reporting & Business Insights:
- Operational Excellence: Support critical rhythms with performance and engagement insights that help demonstrate success and/or remove blockers.
- Performance Metrics: Track defined success criteria and performance metrics, providing insight that can guide senior leadership towards execution excellence, identifying risk and opportunity, or where coaching may be needed.
- Business Insights: Collaborate with and direct Data Scientist resources of Reporting teams to glean business insights and pose queries of program data.
Driving Operational Excellence:
- Own Engagement Planning Process: Ensuring Hub plan engagements in a consistent and efficient manner leveraging the supplier (Briefing Coordinator) resources.
- Streamline Operational Processes: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, applying flexibility, root cause analysis, and documentation to drive operational excellence.
- Global Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of global operational processes, tool-related procedures, and best practices, ensuring easy access for team members across regions.
- Training and Consistency: Partner with Hub leaders and local teams to train new team members on established global processes and procedures.
- Advocating for Organizational Change: Drive buy-in and successful adoption of change initiatives across the organization.
- Manage Suppliers: Act as Supplier Account Manager for outsourced suppliers performing the Briefing Coordinator role in 39 global centers.
