We are seeking a Senior Cloud Solution Architect, AI Business Solutions to partner with key Microsoft partners in developing AI-driven practices and solutions utilizing Copilot, Dynamics 365, and Copilot Studio technologies. In this role, you will engage in technical collaborations to design cutting-edge, AI-powered line-of-business solutions that help customers harness the power of AI to accelerate business transformation.

This opportunity will allow you to focus on Microsoft’s technology priorities and drive penetration of Copilot-enabled workloads with our most significant partners. You will provide deep technical coaching and support to our partners to develop impactful solutions and services for our customers. Leveraging your experience, you will validate partners’ technology architecture, assist them to overcome technical blockers, and aid them to win early customers, and realize consumption and usage results from their solutions and services.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in in Azure/cloud/infrastructure technologies, software development, architecture, generative AI, cloud-native workloads, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in consultative/complex technical sales, technology solutions/practice development, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications
• Experience building and growing technical sales relationships with CXOs (Chief Experience Officers), and executives in ISV (Independent Software Vendor) and MSPs (Managed Service Provider), or similar.
• 4+ years of experience in Modern Work or Business Applications engineering / consulting as a solutions architect.
• 2+ years of expertise, in at least in Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Virtual Agents, or Copilot.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• Dev Ops experience and experience in deployable solutions, with knowledge of 2-3 Modern Dev Stacks (Node, Python, .net, go, etc)
• Ability to solve Partner problems and unblock technical issues, leveraging internal and/or external resources and a proficient understanding of Microsoft Cloud products and services
• Certification in one of the following technologies preferred: Power Platform, Teams, Dynamics 365 products, and Azure.
• 4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role
• 4+ years experience working on technical projects

Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

• Design Cloud Architectures - Ensure robust, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure tailored to partner needs, allowing businesses to handle growth, and changing demands efficiently.

• Lead Architectural Design Sessions - Facilitate the creation of effective and efficient cloud solutions through collaborative planning and design sessions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. This collaboration fosters innovation and problem-solving, leading to better-designed systems.

• Develop Proof of Concepts and Pilots – Demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of proposed cloud solutions, gaining partner buy-in and driving adoption. These prototypes help validate ideas and identify potential issues before full-scale implementation, saving time and resources.

• Provide Technical Guidance and Support - Ensure successful implementation and optimization of cloud solutions, enhancing partner satisfaction and solution performance, to maximize the value of partner’ cloud investments and adapt efficiently to challenges.

• Transition Partners from Legacy Systems - Facilitate smooth transitions to modern cloud and AI environments, improving efficiency and reducing operational risks for partners, to help them stay competitive by leveraging the latest technologies and cloud best practices.
