The AI Business Solutions (ABS) team is looking for a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to lead executive communications for the General Manager (GM), Copilot and Future of Work. Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience collaborating with and presenting to executives.
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
- Portfolio of writing samples demonstrating worldclass editorial skills.
- Experience collaborating closely with executives, preferably in the tech industry.
- Experience live-demoing AI or other technology or collaborating closely with product and product demo teams.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities
- Distill complex technical concepts, product innovation, and future of work trends into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite audiences.
- Create and manage multimedia content across various platforms, including live keynotes, whitepapers, blogs, customer presentations, and social media channels.
- Identify high-value engagements for executive leadership that reinforce Microsoft's role as a trusted thought partner on AI and the future of work.
- Lead end-to-end management of executive engagements, including first and third-party keynote speeches, customer meetings, and internal engagements and co-lead media engagements with Public Relations (PR).
- Partner closely with product demo teams to update a curated executive presentation deck that reflects the latest and more relevant innovation.
- Support executive onsite at key speaking engagements, first-party events, and executive customer briefings and provide product demo support as needed.
- Develop and execute a performance-driven executive social media strategy that supports business priorities and elevates our storytelling.
- Deliver internal communications content, including white papers, memos, all-hands presentation decks
- Manage executive customer engagement strategy and customize content (slides, product demos, and talk tracks) to align strategically to customer priorities and opportunities.
