As an engineer on our team, you’ll work side by side with world-class developers to bring Agentic solutions to life, at enterprise scale.


As a Software Engineer in the Extensibility team, you will be involved in creating what is next for Agents within M365 Copilot, platform engineering, architecture and design, as well as infrastructure and tools.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Business fluency in English language (read, write, speak).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience on backend coding and working on web services.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for and will engage in:
  • Driving projects from design through implementation, experimentation and finally shipping to our users. This requires identification of product features or gaps or working with existing product teams, work with product teams on fleshing out the details, designing and then working with other engineers to implement it end to end.
  • Hold accountability as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), working with engineers across products/solutions, working on-call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions.
