Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting/finance, transforming the controllership function, and activities such as record to report, order to cash, and source to pay.
- 4+ years of experience implementing systems and tools with a focus on automation and compliance.
- 4+ years of experience identifying and managing process improvement initiatives.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
- Business Partnering: Experience in business partnering, being collaborative and inclusive when working with others.
- Project Management: Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project life cycle.
- Change Management: Support change management, stakeholder communication, and user training during system/tools implementation phases.
- Technical Skills: Technical skills and the ability to understand system infrastructure, tooling, UAT, and automation needs.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple work streams and prioritize as needed.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to translate financial analysis and insights into meaningful and actionable business communications and recommendations.
- Leadership: Leadership skills with demonstrated results in proactively driving and delivering high-value/high-impact project results through both individual and virtual-team efforts.
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.

- Technical Knowledge: Understand the technical aspects of the project, project management software, and relevant methodologies and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate processes, seek feedback, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor individuals within the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- AI-Enhanced Financial Project Oversight: Leverage artificial intelligence tools to optimize financial project execution by automating routine tasks, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
